Alarm Monitoring Customer Service Specialist – Banking Security
Location: South Chandler, AZ 85248
Schedule: M-F 3-11:30pm training is done during first shift
Employment Type: Full time 12+ months to convert possibly to full time sometimes shorter all depends on performance.
Hourly Rate: $21.46

Your Impact As an Alarm Monitoring Customer Service Specialist, you will:
• Monitor security and card access alarm signals across 100+ domestic and international corporate sites.
• Respond to alarms in real-time, contacting site representatives to determine the cause of activation and documenting outcomes.
• Leverage advanced alarm panels, CCTV, and video monitoring systems to enhance site safety and prevent incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (including law enforcement when necessary) to ensure proper response and resolution.
• Support quarterly and annual alarm testing and assist in security-related training initiatives for multiple corporate locations.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a call center/dispatch environment, relaying critical information quickly and accurately.
• Prioritize multiple incidents under pressure, ensuring compliance with established protocols and minimizing business disruption.
What You Bring
• Previous experience in alarm monitoring, SOC operations, dispatch, or central station security.
• Strong call center or customer service background, with the ability to handle high-stress scenarios.
• Knowledge of security systems, card access controls, CCTV, and emergency response protocols.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to analyze information quickly, document clearly, and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate security preferred.
