We’re hiring a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our community of 85 affordable housing units in an older, well-established building. This is your chance to work closer to home, enjoy a daytime schedule, and build a long-term, rewarding career.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and enhance our community’s common areas—performing general repairs, painting, drywall touch-ups, and minor carpentry.
• Handle plumbing repairs—install sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, and replace doors and outlets.
• Conduct electrical work such as installing light fixtures and switches.
• Assist with apartment turn-overs: make-readies, remodeling, and trash outs for vacant units.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance quickly and efficiently.
• Join us in keeping our older building safe, functional, and welcoming by removing snow, ice, and pressure washing surfaces.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in building, apartment, or residential maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation—closer to home work reduces commute and improves stability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Skilled with power tools and hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional appearance, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
