Position: Project Architect

Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with a strong background in venue and/or sports design. The ideal candidate will also have experience in restaurant design, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to their projects. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, ensuring they meet their high standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of venue and sports projects, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver innovative and functional designs.
  • Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into all projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in venue and/or sports design.
  • Proven experience in restaurant design is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
