Join Our Team at Incom West!
Located in Vancouver, WA, we're a cutting-edge polymer fiber optics production facility, pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. We're looking for an Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) assembly team. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and pack fiber optic components with precision
Perform highly repetitive, detail-oriented tasks—this role is a great fit if you enjoy steady, consistent work
Maintain quality and consistency throughout production
Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Troubleshoot and assist in optimizing production
Keep your workspace organized and safe
You Bring
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Stable work history required
Related experience given preference
Enjoy steady, consistent work and take pride in accuracy
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
Reliable transportation and on-site availability
No direct experience required, just eagerness to grow!

Pay range: $20.00 - $21.62
