Tejas Veterinary Clinic was founded in *1998* by *Dr. Pancho Hubert* and *Dr. Rob Perkins*, who continue to practice actively today. In *May 2022*, we moved into our *new 5,500 sq. ft. clinic*, giving us a combined *8,000 sq. ft. facility* dedicated to excellent veterinary care.
We are a *well-established, well-equipped* small animal practice with *three full-time* and *one part-time veterinarian*, and we’re looking to add another *full-time associate* to our team.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform physical exams and evaluate animal health
* Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans
* Perform routine and advanced surgeries (including dental, ophthalmic, and orthopedic)
* Administer vaccines and preventive care
* Spay and neuter cats and dogs as needed
* Prescribe medications and provide client education
* Maintain accurate medical records
* Occasionally conduct home visits in emergency situations
*Qualifications*
* *Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)* degree
* *Texas veterinary license* (or eligibility for licensure)
* Experience with surgery, diagnostics, and general medicine preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
*Schedule*
* Full-time position
* Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
* No on-call or Sunday shifts
