• Train, develop, and mentor the sales team.
• Desk deals and evaluate trades.
• Meet or exceed Toyota and dealership goals and sales efficiency.
• Maintain an ethical standard of excellence.
Q u alifications:
• 2+ years of automotive sales manager experience.
• Experience with CRM and DMS platforms.
• Toyota experience preferred.
