A leading, high growth global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Data Leader to lead data strategy, governance, and reporting across their various platforms at their Corporate Headquarters in New York. This role is perfect for a leader with 10+ years in investment management and hands‑on ESG / private markets experience. Hybrid 3 days / week in office $185-200K TOTAL comp (base + full annual bonus) This is a unique opportunity to partner with ESG, investment, and technology teams in building an ESG data framework that supports compliance, investor reporting, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of ESG data strategy and governance. Oversee ESG data collection, validation, and quality control across private markets. Partner with IT to build ESG reporting infrastructure and integrate third‑party data providers. Manage ESG‑related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Work with compliance and investment teams to embed ESG into core processes. Ideal Candidate 10+ years’ experience in capital markets or investment management. Strong background in data governance, operations, or information management. Hands‑on ESG data experience in private markets (Lending, PE, or Real Estate).
