🕒 Contract-to-Hire | Flexible Shifts (Start times between 6am–12am)

Join a forward-thinking pharmacy team where your skills in sterile compounding make a real impact. As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be at the heart of preparing life-saving medications with accuracy, care, and compliance.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Prepare sterile medications including pre-filled syringes with exact volumes and air-free contents.
• Compound medications under pharmacist supervision using aseptic techniques.
• Maintain sterility in ISO-classified environments (laminar flow hoods, cleanrooms).
• Follow strict gowning and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
• Document environmental conditions and compounding records with precision.
• Operate and maintain sterile compounding equipment (IV pumps, mixers, filtration systems).
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and support procurement to ensure supply continuity.
• Stay current with USP <797> , USP <800> , and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

🧠 What You Bring:

• Experience in sterile compounding (hospital or specialty pharmacy preferred).
• Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician status with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a sterile compounding training program or certification (e.g., PTCB Sterile Compounding Certification) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
