About the Role of the Construction Supervisor:
We are seeking Construction Supervisor to manage construction and renovation projects across our Springfield, OH site. You’ll oversee subcontractors and construction crews, maintain safety protocols, and ensure seamless coordination between project stakeholders. Whether it’s building cleanrooms, upgrading laboratories, or reshaping industrial workspaces, you’ll be hands-on in shaping the future of technology infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll be contributing to a wide range of responsibilities that ensure successful construction project execution. You will lead on-site supervision of construction activities, including renovations, facility expansions, and new builds. Managing contractor relationships will be key, as you ensure all work adheres to established plans, building codes, and project timelines. You'll monitor safety and quality standards, enforcing OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment. Collaboration is essential, as you'll coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and facility operations teams. Drawing on your 5–7 years of supervisory experience, you’ll review blueprints and technical documents to anticipate potential risks and enhance execution. You’ll also track budgets, procurement, and project schedules to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. Additionally, you’ll proactively document site progress, report any issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
