Job Overview : A well-established law firm located in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Document Review Attorney to support the firm in reviewing and analyzing litigation documents. The role involves evaluating records for relevance, identifying key information, and ensuring that documents are appropriately prepared for use in court proceedings. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a high level of organization, and strong communication skills. Duties : Review a high volume of litigation documents, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy Evaluate documents for relevance and privilege related to ongoing legal cases Identify and extract key information to assist in case preparation and legal analysis Communicate findings clearly and effectively with the legal team Work efficiently and independently while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and firm policies Requirements : Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the bar of at least one of the following states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, especially in a remote work environment Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and manage workloads efficiently Strong analytical skills, capable of processing complex legal documents quickly and accurately Education : Juris Doctorate (JD) required Certifications : Must be a member in good standing with a state bar association in one of the states mentioned in the requirements Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Effective independent worker in a remote environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Location : Wilmington, NC #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
