Salary:
Position SummaryThe Junior Data Analyst will support the collection, organization, and analysis of business data to help drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in data analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights, generate reports, and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and business teams to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Document data processes, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Support ad hoc data requests and projects as assigned.

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 02 years of experience in a data-related role (internship experience accepted).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases.
• Knowledge of data cleaning and transformation techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standard office environment (onsite).
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
