About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and current residents, while also ensuring that the property is fully leased at all times. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing them with information about the property and guiding them through the leasing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and ensuring that all leasing policies and procedures are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AppFolio or other property management software

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome potential residents, providing them with information about the property and available units
  • Conduct property tours with potential residents, highlighting the features and benefits of the property
  • Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including traffic, leasing status, and availability
  • Ensure that all leasing policies and procedures are followed, including Fair Housing regulations

As a Leasing Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to potential and current residents. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records of leasing activities and ensure that all leasing policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving leasing goals and maintaining a fully leased property.
