Robert Half, a global leader in specialized talent solutions and a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a results-driven Legal Recruiter to join our Legal Practice Group in Philadelphia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing highly skilled legal professionals with law firms and corporate legal departments on both a contract and direct permanent basis.

This role has an uncapped commission structure and a base salary, if you are ambitious and looking to grow your legal recruitment skillset please apply.Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview legal professionals including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and compliance specialists Develop and maintain strong client relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams Understand client needs and provide consultative staffing solutions tailored to each organization Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition to placement and follow-up Maintain a pipeline of experience in legal professionals to meet ongoing client demand Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges within the legal market Collaborate with internal colleagues across departments to meet performance goals and client expectations
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in legal recruiting, staffing, or within the legal industry (e.g., law firm or in-house legal department) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus Bachelor’s degree preferred
