We look forward to adding another like-minded clinical therapist into our group. We offer psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors as well as couples. We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This can be a full or part-time position. We will consider the right LPC-Intern for practicum and/or internship. Hours are flexible; including two evenings and at least one weekend day highly encouraged to suit needs of our population. Duties: - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques - Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need - Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care - Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy or behavioral therapy, to address client needs - Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for clients - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Qualifications: - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field - Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist - Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions - Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Strong organizational and time management skills Skills: - Psychotherapy -Empathy - Crisis intervention - Medical records - Case management - Medical documentation - Individual/couples/group counseling Our practice support to our staff include: Collaborative an Supportive environment Clinical group consultation and supervision A steady referral base to help build and maintain your caseload Administrative facilitated new patient intakes An in house biller to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims Administrative support for billing and insurance filing Administrative support for billing collections Ongoing marketing and promotional support Paid Psychology Today Profile Employee paid taxes for W2 employees 401k fees Employee funded Health, Dental, and Vision Plans with stipend Bonus Structure Competitive pay as a W2 employee Employee Benefits Flexible schedule Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401k PTO Holiday Pay Bonus potential Please submit your CV and a letter of interest Diane M Bailey Yoder Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Fee for service flat rate range : $61,326.00 - $100,861.66 per year (dependent on licensure level) Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Medical specialties: Counseling Psychology Clinical Counseling Schedule: Choose your own hours Day shift Evening shift Weekends Work setting: Hybrid work Office Outpatient Private practice Telehealth License/Certification: Clinical Therapist License (if not intern candidate) (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fox Lake, IL and Wisconsin (if licensed) Company Description Bailey Behavioral Health is a small yet mighty private practice with a vision to treat all who knock at our doors.
