Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist
Location: Iridescence Salon & Spa – York, PA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Commission-Based

Iridescence Salon & Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and customized treatments to meet client needs
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space following sanitation and safety guidelines
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and recommend ongoing wellness plans
• Promote add-on services and retail products to enhance client experience
• Work collaboratively with spa staff to create a positive and supportive team environment
• Uphold professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License
• Proficiency in Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to customize treatments to meet client needs
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional work environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in prenatal, hot stone, cupping, or Ashiatsu massage
• Certification in specialized techniques such as Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, or sports massage
• 1+ years of experience working in a spa, wellness center, or similar setting
• Ability to upsell services and retail products
• Existing client base (preferred but not required)
