Job Title: Litigation Associate – Complex Commercial Disputes
Location: Orange County or Century City, CA (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 remote)
Base Pay: $245,000 to $270,000 per year

The legal team handles a range of matters, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, and complex tort cases. This is a great fit for an associate ready to take ownership of substantive litigation tasks, from motion work and depositions to trial prep and strategy. • Draft and argue motions in civil and commercial litigation.
• Handle written discovery and take/defend depositions.
• Assist in trial prep: exhibits, witness outlines, pretrial filings.
• Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
• Interface with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in complex civil or commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling depositions and pretrial motions.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Background in high-volume litigation or a large firm is a plus.

Work Model

This role follows a hybrid model with 4 in-office days and 1 remote day per week. Candidates must be based in Southern California and able to commute to either the Orange County or Century City office.

• Base Salary: $245,000 to $270,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure:

• Associates billing 1900+ hours can expect total compensation between $375K–$415K
• Additional incentives for originations and high-hour contributions
