Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automotive seating and motion solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting assembly and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Salisbury, CT

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Evening shift (call for more details)

What's the Job?

• Load, start up, and operate manual, semi-automated, or basic automated assembly machines
• Inspect parts, complete required documentation, and report any issues to supervisor
• Assemble parts according to job instructions and training
• Print labels using Trans4M and label cartons, maintaining lot control system
• Perform machine setup/changeover and basic troubleshooting as needed

• Ability to learn multiple machines and rotate as needed
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with shifts and report issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to work in a team environment and maintain a clean work area
