44,000 - 103,500 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave

Please note, to be applicable for this role, you must be eligible for ARRS funding (under 2 years qualified and yet to have a Salaried post).

Salary c11,000 per session plus indemnity coverage

Location Andover

The surgery

• Medium-sized practice
• Long-standing Partners, one of which we recruited
• Good sized team of Salaried GPs, several of which we recruited
• They remain GP top heavy meaning you still get to see some minor illness its not all complex pathology
• Very paper-light and highly streamlined
• EMIS Practice

Your role

• Salaried GP (newly/recently qualified)
• 14 patients per session mixture of phone calls and F2F
• 15-minutes for F2F and option for 15-minute phone calls too if preferred
• Pooled list lighter admin burden
• Duty sessions are capped and they overstaff the Duty team with 2-3 GPs per day to make the day easier
