Job Description

Ecolab in Swannanoa, a leading organization, is seeking a Packers to join their team. As a Packers, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and basic problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packers

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

Shift: 4pm to 2am Mon thru Thurs and some Fridays

What's the Job?

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED typically required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
