- Organize marketing efforts such as webinars, lunch-and-learns, and community events.

- Monitor referral volume, marketing ROI, and patient acquisition trends.

2. Patient Advocacy Responsibilities

-Serve as the primary point of contact for patients from inquiry through treatment completion.

- Provide education to patients and families regarding Interventional treatment options.

- Assist patients in navigating insurance authorizations and verifying benefits.

- Coordinate intake scheduling, onboarding documentation, medical history, and treatment planning.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes and escalate clinical or administrative concerns as needed.

- Facilitate patient support throughout treatment, including reminders, emotional check-ins, and coordination with providers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, business development, patient navigation, or clinical coordination.

- Knowledge of interventional psychiatry is a plus, but not required.

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

- Comfort using CRM systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and patient intake platforms.

- Fluent in English and Spanish

Key Competencies:

- Persistence in identifying growth opportunities and working toward performance targets.

- Empathetic communication and interpersonal skills.
