Title: Pharmacy Warehouse Associate

Location: Redlands, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour 

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description

The Pharmacy Warehouse Associate works with the operations pharmacist, supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. This position is responsible for maintaining stock, performing inventory checks, and ensuring the warehouse area remains organized, clean, and efficient.

This is a safety-sensitive , onsite position requiring the ability to operate a pallet jack and handle physical warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shipping documents and organize labels for order picking.
• Assist in packing and shipping patient orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipped packages and confirm delivery, reporting any issues as needed.
• Organize and file shipping reports for management review.
• Receive non-pharmaceutical supplies via back dock and restock packing areas.
• Perform physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts for shipping materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage returned goods per SOP guidelines.
• Support purchasing activities, including placing and tracking orders under supervision.
• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Word/Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with regulations.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle repetitive motion tasks.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, and twist for several hours.
• Ability to lift weight above shoulder height as required.

Work Environment

• This position operates in a pharmacy warehouse setting with potential exposure to packing materials and moderate noise.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or purchasing experience .
• Ability to operate a pallet jack .
• Basic computer skills; able to type at least 20 WPM and use a 10-key pad .
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Preferred:

• Experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with national carriers for packing and shipping.
• Data entry experience or prior inventory management exposure.
