Receptionist Position At Sugar Loaf Senior Living Community

Sugar Loaf, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our growing team. Sugar Loaf Senior Living is conveniently located on Mankato Avenue in Winona, MN. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 2012 in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part time every Saturday/Sunday, 9:00am-3:00pm Wage: $17.50-$22.50/HR Same day pay available! Are you compassionate towards others? Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
