• First-year earnings between $65,000 and $85,000
• Fully remote position
• Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
• Ongoing training, mentorship, and access to the agency owner
• Sales contests, team incentives, and potential for agency-paid destination trips

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound leads
• Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance policies
• Build strong relationships with clients and follow up consistently
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and compliance standards
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent the Allstate brand with integrity and professionalism

• Active insurance license
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
