RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently seeking for an organized and confident Remote Support Associate to join our team with $15/hr pay for a 2 months contract and play a key role in helping us collect and organize supplier information from hundreds of company locations across the U.S. This is a short-term, high-impact project with flexible hours — perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks, independent work, and clear deliverables. Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours

Duration: 2 months

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to various company locations to gather supplier information.
• Collect data related to vendors and contracts for different commodities.
• Identify whether existing supplier agreements are in place.
• Accurately record and organize information using Excel.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure data is complete and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach.
• Proficient in Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or data collection is a plus.
