Position Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting over 200 users and collaborating with our Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Salesforce platform. Winchester is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aptiv (NYSE: APTV) a global technology leader. You will help manage the CRM evolution for a rapidly growing division of a multi-billion dollar, public company. This position reports to the Sr. Salesforce Admin and will help to drive our team’s capabilities with respect to the use of technology in data gathering, analysis, and sales enablement. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving improvements and supporting the continuous evolution of our Salesforce instance. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferred but not required Salesforce Admin Certificate preferred but not required Strong Salesforce interest and ability to quickly master new technology Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred Proficiency in using change sets and other deployment tools for managing and deploying changes Understanding of security features, including profiles, roles, and permission sets Background knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at varying technical levels Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Salesforce features Comfortable using a MacBook Knowledge of Apex and/or Visualforce a plus Our core values - Accountability , Collaboration , and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform Conduct training programs for new hires and newly acquired team members Customize Salesforce by creating and modifying fields, page layouts, record types, and custom objects. Create and modify reports and dashboards Perform data management tasks, including data import, data cleansing, and deduplication Support user training and provide ongoing support to Salesforce users Assist in the integration of Salesforce with various other systems and applications Stay informed about new Salesforce features and best practices and provide recommendations for enhancements Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce Document processes, procedures, and configurations Assist the Senior Salesforce Administrator in developing and deploying training programs to ensure the consistent and accurate utilization of Salesforce Improve and enhance our Salesforce instance; maintaining standards and our training strategy as determined by the organization’s Salesforce roadmap Seek additional certifications and development of skills through Trailhead Systems You’ll Use: Google Enterprise BambooHR Paycom & ADP For a sneak peek into some of our benefits and to learn more about our career opportunities, click here .
