Salesforce Administrator — Clean Energy Solutions Data & Analytics Team W2 only - No C2C Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs. Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements. Required Qualifications — Salesforce Administrator Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions. Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications — Salesforce Administrator Experience supporting clean energy, sustainability, or utility sector projects. Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
