Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers the opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a high school setting located in Tucson, AZ. The role is ideal for a candidate holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and experience in school-based speech therapy. This is a contract role for the current school year (CSY), providing the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication development during this academic period.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience providing speech therapy services in K-12 school settings
• Strong understanding of speech and language disorders common among adolescents
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for high school students
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to determine student needs
• Provide direct speech therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Document and track student progress in compliance with educational standards and regulations
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support integrated classroom strategies
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
