Join a forward-thinking team transforming the hospitality industry through technology. Our client—a leading name in hospitality tech—is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for key digital products and services that enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
What You’ll Do
As the Scrum Master, you'll be at the heart of the Agile process, coordinating between product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business-critical solutions. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage release planning, and clear roadblocks to keep teams focused and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning
Coordinate monthly software releases and create detailed release notes for stakeholders
Drive weekly roadmap, sprint, and release planning sessions
Maintain the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Provide concise weekly executive updates on product progress and team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are on track
Quickly adapt to changing priorities and maintain high team morale and productivity
Build deep understanding of the product to effectively support delivery and communication
What We’re Looking For
6–9 years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar)
Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communicator and facilitator with proven stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing end-to-end delivery cycles, preferably in tech-forward or B2C environments
Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
