Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong communication and leadership skills to join our Financial Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring 4-6 years of hands?on experience managing Agile delivery in the financial services domain, with proven expertise in Jira, Agile methodologies, and cross?functional collaboration.

This role requires a strong ability to coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure timely and high?quality delivery of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand?ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to define sprint goals and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, following Agile best practices.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Use Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and leadership to align priorities and expectations.
• Track and report project KPIs, sprint metrics, and velocity to measure team performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance Agile maturity across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience in financial services, banking, or insurance domains.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands?on experience with Jira and Confluence for project and sprint management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict?resolution skills.
• Experience working in cross?functional Agile teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
