Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail orientated Sealant Installer. This role involves applying caulking and sealants to various surfaces to ensure waterproofing, energy efficiency, and design integrity in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in sealant application, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Apply caulking and sealants to windows, doors, expansion joints, concrete, masonry, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing old sealants, and ensuring proper adhesion.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth sealant materials.
• Ensure proper application technique for durability, waterproofing, and aesthetic quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to safely work at heights
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in caulking, sealant application, or related trade required.
• Ability to work with various sealant types including silicone, polyurethane, and acrylic.
• Knowledge of proper joint preparation and installation techniques.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise work.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Pre-employment drug screening
