Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Senor Scrum Master to join one of our largest financial clients. This person will be joining the Global Markets APS, Strategy Planning and Execution team.


On a Day-to-Day basis, this role involves leading large-scale, enterprise-level Agile initiatives particularly in knowledge management and reporting of programs and initiatives within Jira. Each day begins with facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring that teams remain aligned, productive, and focused on delivering value. Beyond execution, the role requires strategic oversight and direction-setting for complex programs, often initiating and shaping project timelines in collaboration with Directors and Tech Leads across the organization. A deep proficiency of Jira is essential, as the Scrum Master is responsible for configuring and managing boards, generating detailed reports, running queries, and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance and project health. This data is regularly synthesized into executive-level presentations and roadmap updates. The role also demands a strong presence assertive, direct, and professional capable of navigating high-stakes conversations and driving alignment across diverse teams. Certified in Agile methodologies or project management frameworks, the Scrum Master also serves as a mentor and coach, promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Previous financial enterprise experience (NOT coming from Bank of America preferred)
- Tableau for reporting
Must Haves:


10+ years of scrum master experience leading large-scale enterprise level projects knowledge management or document transformation projects
Experience with the coordination/direction of large-scale projects, not just the execution of existing projects and initiatives
Expertise in Jira and enterprise knowledge-based structures- doing everything around reporting, running dashboards, running queries, running meetings and Kanban standups, tracking, etc.
Interacting with Director & Tech lead horizontally across the organization
Certified in Agile or PM institution
Confident, direct and assertive demeanor- ability to present to high-level leadership on status updates and roadmap trajectory
