Overview

Sr. Product Manager I role at IBM . This position involves contributing to HashiCorp's offerings, now part of IBM, which empower organizations to automate and secure multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will join a team managing the lifecycle of infrastructure and security, enhancing IBM's cloud solutions to ensure enterprises achieve efficiency, security, and scalability in their cloud journey. This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management efforts for our line
• Drive customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy and roadmap to meet current and future customer needs
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential areas for improvement and support product development
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers to shape, iterate, and deliver business- and customer-driven outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and drive revenue growth in the market
• Craft messaging and product story in partnership with sales and PMM enablement teams
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to inform future iterations that contribute to the product culture and HashiCorp principles

Preferred Education

Education : Bachelor\'s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS space in a product management role
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine and prioritize key issues
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset: you dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
• Customer and partner-facing experience: you\'re comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversations
• Demonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determination
• Operational rigor: you are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and process
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong technical acumen: solid understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies preferred
