\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on 36-bed neurosciences unit on 6th floor A Tower
\n• Patient ratios: 5:1, 6:1 stretch on day shift; 7:1 stretch on night shift
\n• Every other weekend required
\n• Float to other medical surgical floors as needed
\n• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, 3 CNAs, and 1 HUC
\n• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 HUC
\n• Work with standard medical surgical equipment
\n• Use Cerner EMR system
\n• Perform typical procedures including Foley insertion and IV starts
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale
\n• Neuroscience experience preferred
\n• Must wear navy blue scrubs
\n• New staff reference book provided at start of contract
\n• Ideal candidate is outgoing and self-motivated
