$60,000 / yr - $65,000 / yr

Additional Compensation

Annual Bonus and Sign-on Bonus available.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 / year plus opportunity for monthly and quarterly incentives.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Your Impact

As the Dental Practice Manager , you will oversee all operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and fostering trust and loyalty.

  • Deliver outstanding patient service with empathy while adhering to company protocols and regulations.
  • Lead hiring, development, management, and retention of office staff.
  • Consult with patients regarding treatment plans, manage insurance verification, and collections to maintain high care quality.
  • Analyze monthly business results, oversee profit and loss, align sales strategies with business goals, and enhance profitability.
  • Conduct daily team huddles to set expectations and enhance patient engagement and office performance.
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • At least one year of management experience with direct reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A values-driven leader who inspires and motivates their team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with patients from all backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a focus on utilizing data for decision-making.
